Important Pre-Order Details

Ordering Window

Orders will remain open for one week only.

Once the ordering window closes, these selections will no longer be available. Make sure your order is completed before the pre-order period ends.

Production and Shipping Timeline

These are customized, made-to-order items and are expected to ship approximately 12–14 weeks after the pre-order closes.

The production timeline begins after the ordering window has officially ended, not on the date your individual order is placed.

We always aim to ship sooner whenever possible, but please plan according to the full estimated production timeline. We know the wait can feel long, but custom Peachy is always worth it!

Custom-Made for You

Every piece is handmade according to the size, fit, print, inseam, and pocket selections submitted with your order.

Because your item is being created specifically for you, please review every selection carefully before checking out.

No Cancellations, Changes, or Refunds

Due to the customized nature of these orders, all sales are final.

We cannot accommodate cancellations, size changes, style changes, print changes, inseam changes, pocket additions, or refunds once an order has been submitted.

Shipping and Address Changes

Orders will ship to the address provided during checkout unless an updated address is submitted before your order is dispatched.

Should you move during the production period, please email support@peachyathletic.com as soon as possible with your order number and updated shipping address.

Address updates must be submitted by email. Updating your address within another account or payment platform may not automatically update your Peachy order.

Color and Print Variations

Slight variations in color, print placement, and scale may occur because of digital AI mockups, fabric printing, pattern cutting, and the handmade production process.

Each garment is individually cut and sewn, so the exact placement of design elements will vary from piece to piece. These natural differences make every custom Peachy item uniquely yours.
